1. Security There is 24 hour security 2. Airport Transfers Included in the cost, we always meet and greet you 3. Safe There is a safe available in the owners house for all guests to use free of charge 4. Insurance We have public liability insurance but we strongly recommend you take out a private holiday insurance as well 5. Swimming Pool The pool is open at all times but occasionally is closed for a couple of hours at night for treatment. There is no lifeguard so it is your own responsibility to ensure you own safety and those in your travelling party in the pool 6. Out and About We have a resident guide to help you. He is paid by us so there is no extra charge to you. If you choose to use the Sundowners vehicle, then you simply pay for the fuel that you use 7. Welcome Pack This includes complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, marmalade and toilet rolls. When you need to stock up on supplies we will advise you where the nearest supermarket is located 8. Bar We run a trust bar system but only stock local beer and soft drinks 9. Visitors We do like to limit the number of guests that use our facilities, however, please respect the privacy of your fellow guests when inviting others to join you. If in doubt, just ask! 10. Deposit Please contact us for details of payment of a non-refundable deposit 11. Payment The outstanding balance
for your duration should be paid upon arrival in sterling or euro's |
